- Ricky Edward Bagolie represents clients on a wide range of personal injury litigation matters in the areas of workers' compensation, workplace and railroad injury (FELA), toxic exposures and wrongful death litigation as well as nursing home neglect. I was admitted to the New Jersey and Florida Bars in 1994 after having graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts (B.S. magna cum laude, 1989) and Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey (J.D., 1993). I also attended the Tel Aviv School of Law in Israel. Active in my home-town community of Clifton, New Jersey, I am president of the Passaic-Clifton Chapter of UNICO National, a trustee of the Passaic County 200 Club and an associate member of the Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge 46.
